Shopper Starts at Retailer Site

TheRightSize's Rosetta Stone service offers a user-friendly interface that asks little of the user and will yield tremendous benefits to both retailer and customer alike. We offer here a brief tour of the Rosetta Stone solution and have included a step by step walk-through of what a client might expect to encounter in utilizing our product.

The online shopper begins at a retailer web site and opts to use the Rosetta Stone service. Our service may be accessed from the retailer's home page or may be reached from specific category and product pages within their online catalog.

Shopper Opts to Use the Rosetta Stone Service

Upon having decided to utilize the Rosetta Stone service, a page is displayed to the user asking them to register or, if they have already done so, to login.

The Rosetta Stone service is also capable of remembering users who have entered registration information. If the site "remembers" the shopper or if the shopper is identified to the service by the retailer web site, they are taken directly to their personal landing page, pictured below.

A "Member Sign-In" box is displayed on this page, wherein the registered user may enter their email address (which acts as their user name)  and their password. For new shoppers, easy "Quick-start" tours are also available.

Minimal Registration

Quite intentionally, our user-friendly registration page asks little of the customer. Users are asked only for their names, their email address, a password, and a small amount of personal information and preferences.

Quick and Easy Garment Entry

After having successfully set up their personal account, the shopper then tells the service about some of their favorite garments using a straight-forward and intuitive interface. By using a series of logically ordered selection menus, the user is able to easily enter comprehensive information about their wardrobe into the Rosetta Stone database. Entering information about items of clothing is both quick and easy.

Landing Page for Returning Shoppers

Once a user has registered and has entered items into the application, their landing page becomes their home page. This page highlights some recommendations and from home the shopper can request more recommendations within specific garment categories.

Overview of Previously-Entered Garments

An overview of garments previously entered is provided for easy reference when needed. These are divided into descriptive categories. In this shot, a woman's closet, we see the following categories: Outerwear, Dresses, Tops and Bottoms. A Count of items entered is displayed, and the ability to view entered items, or to enter new items, is available at a single click.

Accurate Recommendations

At this stage, based on all the information gathered from the user, using Rosetta Stone's recommendation engine, recommendations are made to the user.
