Ernesto Aguirre
CEO/Co-founder

Ernesto is a seasoned apparel professional with over 30 years of management experience in a variety of positions within the industry. Most recently, Ernesto served as President of apparel for Esprit where he was responsible for the reinvigoration and turnaround of the Esprit brand. Prior to Esprit, Ernesto served as President and COO for JoeBoxer Corp. where he grew the company from a whimsical men's underwear line to the third largest vendor in most major department stores. In the early 90s Ernesto founded and ran his own women's specialty apparel company, ISDA & CO where he took the company to $10 million in 3 years. Prior to ISDA, Ernesto served as President of Perry Ellis Menswear where he was responsible for management of all mens' business. Ernesto holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

 

Daniel Cleary
Vice President, Business Development/Finance & Co-founder

Dan brings a diverse background in strategy development and finance. He is responsible for setting the company's overall business planning strategy and the formation of key partner relationships that expand member offerings. Prior to joining TheRightSize, Inc., he was most recently part of Ernst & Young's eStrategy group. In this capacity he managed client engagements for companies such as Xerox, Hewlett-Packard, AGFA, American Express, Warner Music Group, and McGraw-Hill assisting them in developing their eBusiness strategies as it relates to business plan development, financial modeling, and partnership deal structuring. Prior to working at Ernst & Young, Dan was at Ziff-Davis Publishing where he was a Financial Analyst responsible for corporate and financial forecasting and reporting. He is a CPA and received his BSBA from John Carroll University in Accounting and his MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship.

 

David Luke
Vice President, Product Development

David is an accomplished implementation/development manager an enthusiasm for and a firm grasp of Internet application development and technologies. He is focused on translating business needs into technical and creative solutions a proven track record of on-time, on-budget, to-specification deliveries. Most recently David was Director and Partner for Retail Accounts at USWeb/CKS where he worked on clients such as 3Com, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, JCPenney, The Sharper Image, and Levi's. At USWeb/CKS, David successfully oversaw three simultaneous projects for Williams-Sonoma, managing and coordinating over forty personnel in five geographic locations to deliver an on-time and under-budget eCommerce channel for the retailer. David also managed and launched the successful eCommerce channels for Levi's and Dockers. Prior to that David led the development of 3Com's first foray into eCommerce. David received his Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, and his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.

 

Jake Harris
Vice President, Engineering

Jake provides technical leadership on large-scale web site development efforts tailored to the specific needs of the retail industry. Jake has extensive experience in Internet software engineering an emphasis on database applications, client-server architecture and GUI design using object-oriented methodology. Most recently, Jake served as Technical Director and head of engineering for the Retail Practice at USWeb/CKS, the world's foremost Internet consulting company. At USWeb/CKS, Jake most recently developed and implemented a distributed architecture from scratch for Williams-Sonoma and Pottery Barn, successfully integrating their 25-year-old legacy systems a highly scalable eCommerce platform. While previously working for Texas Instruments, Jake was a software engineer on over ten high-profile independent software development projects, including the development of some of the world's first Web-based content management software. His clients have included 20th Century Services, Volvo, the State of Missouri, Chevron, Sprint, Williams-Sonoma, Toys 'R Us, JCPenney and Mobil among others. Jake graduated high honors from The University of Texas, a degree in Management Information Systems.
