BOARD OF ADVISORS

The management team is competently supported by our external advisory board who provides tremendous support for management decisions and creativity. Their professional expertise and wide range of experience provides invaluable guidance as the management team execute on the TRS vision.

Keith Belling
Keith is founder and president of Allbusiness.com, focusing on establishing key strategic alliances and managing the company's business development activities. He also assists in developing the company's strategic growth plans, including key marketing initiatives. Prior to Allbusiness.com, Keith was the interim CEO of Endispute, a Washington D.C.-based alternative dispute resolution company and was responsible for implementing Endispute's merger with Bates-Edwards and negotiating a subsequent merger with JAMS, resulting in the largest private ADR company in the United States. Prior to Endispute, Keith was also a real estate attorney with Morrison & Foerster in San Francisco. Keith graduated from the University of California at Davis and University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He is a member of the board of directors of the Great American Music Hall and of the Paragon Restaurant Group.

Ron Campo
is the former VP Lands End Specialty Businesses and current President of RS Company (direct/catalog marketing consultancy). Ron is a senior executive with extensive general management experience in broad-based marketing, merchandising and product development experience in the specialty apparel and footwear industries. Ron has served in numerous senior management marketing and new business development positions for Lands End, Reebok, L.L Bean, Sears, Roebuck & Co. Ron holds an MBA in Marketing from Michigan State University.

Bob Desena
is the former SVP of Marketing Service, TimeLife, Inc. where he was responsible for 1100 personnel, a $50 million operating budget and stewardship of over $100 million of Time Life marketing expenditures. In 1998 he founded a consulting company focused on marketing services that combine his strategy, internet and direct marketing expertise. Considered a leader in the marketing community, Bob has been a featured speaker on the subjects of interactive media, customer loyalty and direct marketing at industry gatherings of the Direct Marketing Association in New York and Washington, and has lectured at Manhattan College and Fordham University. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Addressable Advertising Coalition and the Board of Advisors to the Children's Fund of New York. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Analysis from Manhattan College and an M.B.A. in Marketing from St. John's University.

Ron Franks
is a former SVP of Operations, GAP Inc.

Richard Glossar
joined Bolt.com as Executive Vice-President in January 2000. From November 1997 to October 1999, Mr. Glosser served jointly as Executive Vice President of Sony Online Entertainment and President of Columbia TriStar Interactive where he managed business operations for The Station@sony.com, one of the leading online game destinations and he also supervised CTI's online and interactive TV efforts. From February 1994 to November 1997, Mr. Glosser was Founder and Senior Vice President of Columbia TriStar Interactive where he launched Sony Pictures Entertainment's film, television and online game efforts. From August 1988 to February 1994, Mr. Glosser served in business development and operations positions in the various television divisions of Sony Pictures Entertainment. He started his career at NBC from September 1982 to May 1986. He has a BS in Entrepreneurial Management/Marketing from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Columbia Business School.

Quintin Gregor
is a co-founder and former senior consultant to the Super Computing Center at Saudi Aramco, the world's largest Oil company. He has extensive systems integration experience in both hardware infrastructure design and implementation, and software specification, design and development, at one of the largest commercial computing centers in the world. Mr. Gregor developed web-enabled database technology for Seismic Processing and Exploration and Producing Data Management of the Worlds largest oil and gas reserves. Prior to consulting for Aramco, he held several positions in the UK, responsible for computing technology and Seismic Data Processing in the Oil Industry.

Edward Jones III
is the former CEO, Segrets, Rexmoda; president design/merch./mfg., Esprit; CEO Calvin Klein Classics; president, Perry Ellis Mens/Womens; Chairman, The Fashion Assoc.; Director: Fashion Inst. Of Tech., Amer. Apparel Mfg. Assoc., Fashion Group International.

Frank Ruotolo
is a former SVP Operations, Macys; president, The Futures Group; current partner and practice leader Retail E-Commerce Strategies at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu responsible for all strategic solutions for the D&T's retail Internet clients.

John Schaefer
is the current Chief Operating Officer for Cornerstone Consolidated Services Group where he has responsibility for Cornerstone Brand's distribution, systems, human resource and call center functions. Prior to Cornerstone, John was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Eastbay, a direct marketer of sporting goods, where he took the company public in 1995 and later sold the company to Woolworth (now Venator, owner of Footlocker and Champs Sports) in 1997. At Eastbay, he helped build the company from $18 million in revenues in 1991 to $168 million by 1998. John graduated from the University of Wisconsin and is a CPA.

John Schram
is a former SVP Sears, Levi Strauss & Co.; current Principal, Schram & Company an international apparel manufacturing and sourcing consultancy practice focusing on manufacturing supply chain efficiency and fit specifications.

Greg Shove
Former VP Interactive Marketing, America Online (NYSE: AOL), where he directed Interactive Marketing sales across America Online, Inc. brands and services, including: America Online, the world's leader in interactive services with more than 18 million members worldwide; AOL.com, CompuServe, Digital City, ICQ and Netscape Netcenter.

Jean Sweeney
Director Technical Services, Banana Republic, division of Gap, Inc., where she is responsible for all the technical fit and construction of all garments for the Banana Republic apparel line. Prior to Banana, Jean served as Director of Design for Putamayo, a womens apparel company, where she was responsible for the overall design of their womens' coordinated sportwear line. Jean is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a BS in Apparel Design.

Mak Wolven
co-founder, is a multimedia producer who has specialized in interactive media development. At Saudi Aramco, Mr. Wolven was a producer in the education department. He has taught courses for film and video at the International Film and Video workshop in Rockport, Maine as well a the Center for Creative Imaging in Camden, Maine. Mr. Wolven is also a partner in pcpi, an international multimedia firm specializing in video, music production and website design.
